Safe delivery.
Every parcel ships tracked. If your box arrives damaged or with the wrong strength, tell us within a few days with a photograph and we replace or refund it — you pay nothing for the return.

What exactly am I paying for?+
The medicine and one flat shipping rate — nothing else from us.
How much is shipping?+
One flat rate, wherever the parcel goes. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Will I pay customs or import duty?+
Inside the EU, no. Outside it — Türkiye, the Gulf, Asia, the UK, Switzerland, Norway — import rules are set by your own country and any duty is yours to pay. We cannot tell you the amount in advance because it depends on your local rules.
Is there a subscription?+
No. You buy one box at a time and order again when you need more.
Do prices move with the exchange rate?+
No. Each currency has a fixed list price, so the amount you see is the amount you are charged. We review those figures when pricing changes, not daily.
