The medicine itself, in the strength and pack you choose at checkout. It is a prescription medicine, to be used only under the direction of a veterinarian who has examined your animal.

Rapamycin is prescribed off-label in animals. No medicine anywhere is licensed to extend longevity, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise that it will.

Rapamycin is not suitable for animals with diabetes or impaired glucose regulation, an active infection, significant liver disease, a planned surgery, or that are pregnant or nursing. Talk to your own veterinarian before you order.

Placing an order is an offer, not a completed sale. We decline it where the law of your country does not permit us to supply the medicine.

Prices are shown in your local currency as a fixed list price, not a live conversion, so the amount you see is the amount charged. Prices include VAT where it applies. Customs duties and import taxes in your country are yours to pay.

Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. Membership payments recur on the schedule shown at the time you subscribe until you cancel.

Memberships are not currently offered to new customers. An existing membership ships the next box automatically as the current one runs out, at a discount to the single-box price. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancelling stops the next renewal and the boxes you have already paid for still ship.

Strength changes are not self-service. Ask customer service, and check the new strength with your own veterinarian first.

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and depend on customs in your country. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Shipping is charged at one flat rate per order, wherever the parcel goes. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay, and an existing membership is charged the same rate on each delivery.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

This site is educational. It is not a substitute for examination and diagnosis by a veterinarian who has seen your animal.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where our legal entity is established, and nothing in them removes the protection that the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence gives you.
